Our Mission
ExcelDebt Relief is dedicated to providing honest, ethical, and timely solutions to settle unsecured debts.
Regardless of particular financial hardships, we provide guidance to all clients wanting to achieve financial stability.
What We Do
We provide debt relief to individuals and families experiencing financial difficulties.
ExcelDebt Relief recognizes that any number of circumstances can affect a person's financial well-being.
We help our clients pay off their debt with the greatest ease at the least possible expense.
Our motto is "Settle your debt for less." We help improve the lives of consumers by minimizing their debt. Our core services are settling debt and ensuring that consumers receive the best solutions at the lowest cost to them. We negotiate with third party banks, creditors, and other agencies to lower the amount of debt our owed by our clients.
We take some personal information from our customers that explain their financial status. After all documents have been verified, our team will then analyze the customer's situation to determine how much of their debt can be reduced. We will then negotiate with creditors on your behalf. While negotiating with creditors, we will also be checking any credit reports applicable in order to determine your eligibility. Once your eligibility is determined and a suitable settlement is reached, with your approval, your liabilities will then be finalized.
Responsible Leadership
Our team is committed to ethical and responsible service for our valued customer base.
We strive to be leaders in the debt settlement industry through not only our strict adherence to state
and federal rules and regulations, but also to the business standards we set
for ourselves. All customers' personal files and documents are all kept strictly
confidential.

We provide information that assists our customers in managing their personal debt, as they work their way back to financial freedom. Many of us do not keep track of how much we spend and where our money is spent. In order to be financially stable, it is important to track where your money is spent, how much is spent, and how frequently you spend. Understanding spending creates an invaluable foundation for a budget and, ultimately, for financial stability.
Keep in mind the following questions:
What is a Budget?
A budget is a carefully constructed plan that dictates how much you will
spend on the different things you need and want per month. Having a budget
plan set can help identify bad spending habits, as well as prevent over spending.
Some may shy away from creating a budget, thinking it is too time consuming and unnecessary, concluding it wouldn't make a difference. But, in reality, taking the time to create a budget can help establish good spending habits, ultimately strengthening the fabric of a household. Following the steps listed below can help you efficiently create a budget plan that will effectively serve your needs.
Step 1: Gather every financial statement you can.
Step 2:
Record all sources of income.
If you are self-employed or have any outside sources of income, be sure to record these as well.
If your income is in the form of a regular paycheck where taxes are automatically
deducted, then using the net income or take home pay amount is fine.
Record this total income as a monthly amount.
Step 3: Create a list of monthly expenses.
Step 4:
Break expenses into two categories: Fixed and Variable.
Fixed expenses are those that occur every month and are required for your way of living.
Examples of fixed expenses are mortgages, car payments, internet/cable service,
and credit card payments. These expenses, for the most part, are essential
but not likely to change in the budget.
Variable expenses are those that will change throughout months.
Variable expenses include groceries, gasoline, entertainment, dining out, and gifts.
Step 5:
Total all monthly income and monthly expenses.
Monthly income > Monthly expenses = Off to a good start!
Monthly income < Monthly expenses = Changes need to be made/ Find areas to be cut
After you have created your budget plan and have made all the adjustments needed, it is important to keep reviewing this budget plan periodically in order to control your spending habits.
We act as an arbiter and negotiate, on our customer's behalf, with creditors to reduce the overall debts. We negotiate a manageable, repayment amount and term plan for our customers. Our program makes it much easier to fulfill any obligations with creditors through a monthly payment to a special purpose bank account. This account is insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and is owned by you personally. However, the account allows access to our debt settlement specialists to make all payments to creditors.
Steps to Debt Settlement
Our debt settlement program is fast, simple, and effective. We have designed a three
step program to make it as easy and efficient as possible. Below is a
step-by-step overview of our Debt Settlement Program.
STEP 1:
Contact us by phone or email for a free consultation. We will then evaluate your financial
situation and determine the most debt reduction possible based on your financial condition.
STEP 2:
Enroll in our program. Once you complete the
enrollment process, we will contact your creditors and advise them to handle all future calls through us.
STEP 3:
After the account is paid off, creditors may report to the credit bureaus reporting
that your accounts are one of the following:
"Settled" or "Settled in Full" or "Settled for less than the full amount" "Paid" or "Paid by Settlement"
This will conclude your enrollment in our debt settlement program and free you from that debt!
As time passes, you may need to improve your credit rating. We have built strong professional relationships with companies who can help you build your credit fast!

Richmond, CA . February 13, 2012.: ExcelDebt Relief, a Silicon Valley based debt settlement firm, is helping individuals solve a very common problem facing many: debt. Collection agencies, interest rates and late fees have become well known terms amongst many households. We believe ExcelDebt can offer a solution to the constant phone calls from creditors many encounter on a daily basis.
The U.S. Census Bureau projected the total credit card debt carried by an estimated 183 million cardholders to be approximately $897 billion in 2011. In recognition of this difficulty facing the American population, ExcelDebt is offering a simple solution to a complicated problem.
This company is encouraging people to discuss their outstanding debt problems and gain the knowledge of the options available to them. Many agencies have falsely offered debt assistance involving up-front costs and a lack of results; hence, people have become extremely skeptical about turning to such companies with their financial problems.
ExcelDebt Relief works to "bundle your credit cards into one low monthly payment and be debt free in twelve to 48 months without high interest rates," explains Grace Collins, spokesperson for ExcelDebt Relief. "We have a team of professionals who works through a legally accurate process to provide promised results."
The focus of this company is to guide individuals and families to financial stability. With years of experience and a dedicated and knowledgeable staff, they have helped a countless number of individuals eliminate debt. They analyze each case individually, than have their expert negotiation team work to reduce the total amount owed. Ultimately, their clients only pay a fraction of the original balance. To make this process easier, a low monthly payment system is set up for clients to pay off the remaining balance.
Their process is simple and easy to understand with a step-by-step guide on exactly what type of results an individual can expect. "We work with our clients to eliminate their current financial problems," states Collins, "we strive to help individuals build a positive and stable future for themselves and their families."
